This dress was custom ordered for a Halloween party. The sleeves end at the elbows, but the lace overlay attached at the elbow reaches almost down to the floor. The dress is made of crushed velvet and bridal lace.

- Growing up on our farm in France, my mother taught me how to sew at the age of 7. I found at that young age a passion for making doll clothes from my mom’s leftover scraps. My children enjoyed many handmade clothing, unique Halloween costumes and formal gowns. Now my grandchildren are the recipient of my talent. My love for sewing has grown to include making costumes for plays and opera, creating historical costumes for children and adults, wedding dresses, and American Girl doll outfits.
